We met Brett through mutual friends who suggested we ask him to help us in our search for our first home. I'm so glad we did because the process seemed so much more straight forward, simple and quick because of his knowledge and expertise in this realm. Not only was Brett knowledgeable about what to look for in a house but he was prompt with responses to questions and understood our situation at the time. Overall, we were only looking for a house for 2 months before we settled on our home, and it was closed quickly, without any issues in the process. I genuinely believe had we not had Brett as our realtor we would still be looking for a house now.
